Children's Privacy

Dreams Billion is a learning application designed for students, who may include minors. We collect only the limited personal data described in this Policy (such as name, phone number, optional email, and date of birth) to provide an age-appropriate learning experience. We do not knowingly collect more personal data from a child than is necessary to provide the Service.

Where a user is a child under the age of 18 (or the age of majority under applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), we expect a parent or legal guardian to review and consent to their use of the Service before the student's personal data (including date of birth) is collected. Where a student is onboarded through a school or sponsoring organization, that institution is responsible for obtaining any required parental or guardian consent as part of its own enrollment process. We do not, at this time, independently verify age or guardian consent for accounts a student creates directly.

A parent or legal guardian may review the personal data collected from their child, withdraw consent, or request its deletion at any time by contacting us using the details below. If You believe a child's data has been collected without appropriate consent, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.
